8307777 The moment u dial this number in Mumbai, u will be have greetings for 3-6mins. This includes u r selection of numbers on your phone. Shortly ICICI asks you to pay Rs. 2.40 to MTNL....very good business oportunity for MTNL


When the agent responds you, she will make on hold for every question u asked. Here u pay again to MTNL for minimum 20mins, which is 6calls for Rs.7.20 to MTNL


Finally u pay premium to yourself for wasting almost 30mins with ICICI phone query. What u get after paying your valuable time is unsatisfaction with ICICI’s Utility Payment Facility.....


ICICI says ’’ Pay your utility bills through Infinity and win fabulous prizes. The scheme ends on 31st March’’


Advantages




  1. ICICI gets more customers registered online for Utility bill payment.....business policy of ICICI




Disadvantage...biggest catch




  1. Once ICICI customer register for bill payment, his bill will be uploaded after minimum 30 days to 365 days or during next billing cycle.




Here ICICI knows that almost 98% percent users will not enter the contest advertised online. Only 2% of the regular users get the chance to enter the contest and they win the prize. Is it justified....Its Shame on the part of ICICI to conduct such activity.


Most of the time ICICI agents are not prepared to answer the query of the customer.


ICICI call centre is nothing but the business for MTNL telephone company.
