Every organisation/ person have there own pros and cons. Overall ICICI was always good for’me’. As I am more inclined to digital aspects, I should say the technical aspects of the bank are awesome and well updated(personnel opinion), Customer service is also good, may be better than many PSB(where they don’t even bother sometimes). The only thing which I found a bit odd the the service charges. But if we look through there eyes, I felt it fine.
