ICICI bank has the best turnover in INDIA but it does not satisfy common or poor man’s need. Phone banking is so complicated you have to sought help from someone who is already using it and thus is of no help. many number of ATM banks are available but the worst thing is they don’t have small denomination notes, what’s the use of it. Internet banking is again a complex issue which is not understood by layman. Worst customer service. It is rich man’s bank.
