Now to say ICICI is the big bank is India so should be you trust level for the bank.
And when a celebrity like Amitabh Bhachan is their brand ambassador usually any body will have lot of trust on them. Now their marketing department is also too good. They can make their customer unhappy and still keep on doing good business.
Well all started with ICICI Car loan which I have applied a month back. Can you trust that I still don’t get a statement which should describe some kind of reference number. I have given the checks which they promptly collected by did not give any receipt for that. I had to continuously call our good guy of ICICI to even let him say that he will mail me the copy which he have in his office. I don’t know when I will receive it or whether I will receive it or not.
They have very standard answer for any query and the answer is what you all may have heard most of the time ’’ IT HAS TO COME FROM BOMBAY’’. Well at that speed I am sure Mumbai is some light years away. I will surely get those document.
I was told to me that my loan will take 2 days to approve. Well can you belive that. I too did not believe, but I never thought he meant 2 weeks. ICICI banks executive are too pushy and they will not let you go to another loan office and promise stars.
Well best thing of all I have contacted these people at some loan mela which make you feel it is a deal time. They promised to give me 5 gm of gold coin and 500 Rs if I have relationship with the bank. Well well never belive them. It’s one month old and it is still coming from a place called Mumbai. When I called the executive he is happy to announce that all the people who have take loan at that time did not receive those bounty which they promised. Does the executive want to give me some solace that I am not the only one so that I will not feel lonely.
Well over all I am not sure that all the banks act like that or not as it is first time I have taken loan in my life. But surely it was not a very good experience with ICICI.
You can actually look into all the option you have before you take loan.
