Beware of ICICI.
My experience with ICICI UK was reviewed by many readers. I was waiting for a formal apologise from the Bank. Even I did contact the secretary to chairman, but turned down by her. She said, she can’t get involved in this matter. She gave me another number to contact another officer, but it was disappointing that the call went to voice mail.
The people, who glorify ICICIBANK, please tell me, is this the so called ‘Indian face of international baking?’ If anyone justifies these actions, please tell me where I should go for justice?

ICICI Bank in UK is saying ’Indian Face of International Banking’ . By saying this, they are spoiling the name of the Nation, in public. Their customer service is the worst, according the their account holders in UK. As an Indian citizen, I recomend ICICI to remove the above slogan from their adverts. Because, Indian companies have a good will in International community.
They charge £5 to do a money transfer, but the money did not reach in my account in India. If the money I sent for any one’s medical requirements, what will happen?.
Will ICICI return the loss I had, due to the unavailability of my money in India?
So, please all Indians, please be careful, when you deal with ICICI. They are not going to keep their promises. Their promises will remain as promises only. They will never do things on TIME. ICICI Bank knows only to charge Rs.220 for any cheque returns.
