My friend recommended this bank, as she had a very good experience with their service. many private banks are there but no other bank can challenge this bank in service. I already have Saving Account in ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank only replied to contact our nearest branch(i think its a machine recorded answer for all your queries).
And when my relative went to nearest ICICI Branch to open a simple saving account, they asked the amount Rs. 20, 000/- for it. Then they said after opening the account you can take out this amount from your account and maintain Rs. Zero(0) Balance thereafter.
