Would like to share something very unique to this bank. I have personally visited their branch and spend an hour to fill-up a form to change my contact details to generate the PIN. Also spent more than an hour talking to three different people ( as escalated to ) to know that it will take another 72 hours.
The funny thing is that the phone banking manager, Mr. Sudesh Nair, is having a different opinion about changing the contact details. As per him, it can be done only through phone banking for a credit-card and not by visiting the bank personally.
I think this bank must do something on integration otherwise they would not be able to retain customers with high expectations.
