I visited one of the branch on Monday for some work & wanted to withdraw around 1 lakh from the branch but the branch ops manager was really rude & told me to go to the main branch as my account is with them & not with this branch, I needed the cash urgently but she was too busy to help me.
I was really irritated with the whole bank at that time & withdrew whatever was possible coz going to the main branch means spending atleast 3 hours on the road(both ways).
I sent a mail to Mr K V Kamath & explained the whole incident in detail. To my surprise next day itself I see the Branch Manager of that particular branch at my door step. She personally visited my place just to apologise for the bad expereience at the branch.
It was really shocking for me to ICICI Bank branch manager coming home & apologising. Guys beleive me they are changing & very soon they will be back with the same old good customer service.
