I have been having account with them for the past 10 years. I mostly make use of net banking which is pretty good and serves my purpose most of the time. It is a comprehensive, idiot-proof system that is both intuitive and secure, and takes care of almost all my usual needs.
The customer-service(both on phone and in-person at a branch) has always been cheerful and polite, irrespective of the circumstances. I’ve always been serviced with a smile. The ATMs and branches are ubiquitous - they have presence on pretty much every nook and corner of the cities I’ve been to. On the odd occasion that I have come across a stupid customer-care exec who keeps repeating the rule-book to me instead of listening to my problem, a simple escalation has been enough to settle matters.
In all, ICICI Bank is providing all solutions to me for financial needs.
