If your life is peaceful and you want it remain this way... Dont open an account with ICICI. Looks like they want to make a point on the number of customers acquired during the year to their competitors.
Little do they realize how many customers they have lost.
It also appears that they have forgotten the golden rule of Customer Relationship Management which says Cost of acquiring a new customer is more than retaining a customer.
The Branch is in-accessible on the phone. The bunch of jokers sitting in their customer support call center is a waste of money and resources. Neither do they answer your query directly nor are they able to solve any of them through the bank.
They promise banking anywhere and the customer support personnel expects you to visit the branch where you hold your account to get things clarified.. So why are they hired is something which Ive never understood till date.
