I wanted to open a PPF account with ICICI but could not open the same due to various reasons even after visiting multiple branches of the bank in Vijayawada.
No one from the staff were interested in getting my account opened they were always pushing me to take some investment or insurance policy from ICICI.
What sense does it make if you cant serve for what customer wants and try to force sell your agenda or monthly targets?
