Complete waste of time. I have receiced the Amazon pay card. To generate the pin it took long time to connect as if m calling kbc. Now m unable to do transaction as i need to enable domestic n online transaction. I need user which u have not sent. Spoke to callcentre stone no empathy at all. She said it will take 5days generate user id. Handmade special user id with diamond studed. Waste m going to close the card b4 i could use. Thanks 2 me have never opened a savings ac with icici. Nightmare till now. I will never ever going to recommend icici to anyone.
