I am always having bad experiences at Kondhwa branch.Even for a job of couple of minutes, you have to wait minimum of two hrs. Icici bank in general is poor in handling customer relations.They have habit of misplacing the documents.When I had submitted documents for KYC, I asked them to give acknowledgement .First I was refused but later they agreed, A few days after I got a call telling me to complete KYC formalities.I showed them the acknowledgement and silenced them, The latest episode is very funny and disgusting as well.I an a mandate holder of a NRE account and I submitted a request slip for cheque book on 08-11-17 at the branch and the executive who took it asked me if the book to be sent to my address, I said yes. On 26th December I wanted to make a transfer and inquired about the cheque book and I was told that it was sent to USA . I was shocked and asked the manager, the slip had my name on it and there is no space provided to write mailing address, he simply refused to answer and blamed me for the lapse.When I said to him it was a bad decision to open account with you.He said "okay, fine close the account"
And that was not enough, I wanted to transfer a amount for which cheque was required, So I reduced the amount and submitted the form for NEFT. It was accepted and I left. After two hrs I got a call saying that NEFT was not allowed as the transfer was icici to icici. I asked her why the request was accepted if that was the case, The answer I got was even more shocking, She said she was not aware of it, the senior executive again blamed me for lack knowledge.

PS The bank is having my full address and phone number. But on raising another request for cheque book, the bank sent me the cheque book with 25% address and no phone number. This is being done to make things difficult. They could have given full address and phone number.
