ICICI bank is one of the most modern banks in India.I am really surprised to find the rating of the bank.It is bismally low and does not portray the real strength of the bank.I wish I could do
Something about it. I have been banking with the bank since last seven years and am quite content with the quality of service rendered by them.Be it the case of Personal loan or Home Loan or any other service they are by far the best in the country.In comparison to the other private and public sector banks the ICICI bank is the most organised and outstanding in terms of service.The services provided are "state of the art".
Although there are some flaws in the IVRS system, i would rank the bank as the "number one bank in india".
The stature of the bank has grown to new heights and is continuing doing so.I wish all the best for my dear bank whom I can rely on.
