There are so many banks available nearby but I still feel a connection to ICICI BANK. I am it’s customer from last 7years and have a smooth relationship.
I use its app and website to make my transactions n fund transfer and I found this so comfortable and user friendly. Even it’s atm services worked well for me so far by not ditching me out of cash when I needed it most.
I totally recommend it’s services for internet banking because it saves hell lot of time standing in bank. I changed my home branch and ordered new cheque book through it and it got delieverd within 5 days.
Customer service is very useful in case of any fail transaction and card losses. Thanks to ICICI band I wish all the luck for good see ice and reliability.
