Extremely worst service. I have opened my account 1 month back and still its not activated. I called each and every one relevant person but they are not ready to help. Most of the time they will not pick the call. Customer Service is even worst, after waiting fro 15 long min to connect to the person, they will keep you on hold for searching info and revert back to main menu. Again you have to stay in queue.
MNCs should stop opening employees salary account with this Bank.
