1 year ago, i opened a saving accoun in ICICI Bank. they gave me atm card and offered a credit card. so i thought that their customer service is good. but later i realized that, giving atm card and offering credit card was just a formality. because after some days i called their customer service for net banking. they told me to go to your nearest bank. i went to bank and asked for application of net banking. they said you have to wait. after one hour they give me a form to fill. now my net banking is opened. for mobile banking i again called and again said to visit bank. i visited but after visiting bank they again provided me a bad customer service. they don’t cooperate with customers. so i recommend you do not open your account in this bank.
