Having account in icici bank was never by choice but by chance as in my first company my employer was tired up with icici. Ever since I had an account in this bank am a happy customer. Their customer service support is truly amazing. Staff is very well trained and knowledgeable about their services. Waiting time is less than 180 seconds and for me my query had always been resolved within 5 minutes. Even when I visited to their bank the operation and handling of customers was very systematic, professional and convenient for the customers. In my 5 years of experience I’ve had no complains or bad feedback so in short ICICI bank rocks.!
