I had to open an account in the bank and I had submitted my application in the Bandra branch. They told me that the account will get open with in 7 working days. They gave me a tracking number and told me to call for further assistance.
After 7 days as I did nit receive any mail nor sms, I called the bank for the statement. The person on the other line said that the application was not submitted. I called th person who took my documents for the account opening. She abruptly replied that as she was out of town she couldnt specially go to the bank and submit my documents.
I got so angry that I called the branch and told them about this situation, but the just denied it and took almost 35 days to open my account. I really had a horrible experience with the bank.
