Helpful for anyone looking for a Car Loan. Please read.
This was the first time I started a relationship with ICICI bank. It so happened that I went to Advaith Hyundai Showroom In Bangalore to buy a Car and from there I was offered a Car Loan from ICICI Bank.
I must say that the Consultant who helped me in getting all the necessary paperwork ready was one of the nicest guy I have ever met. His name is........ ’’Ratan Saha’’.
He came over to my house the very next day and offered all the help he possibly could. He even filled all the forms on behalf of me saying that it is his job to do so...I just need to verify all the details and if satisfied just sign the documents. He also offered me a lower EMI rate which was originally quoted to me by the Auto-dealer.
He went back and was in constant touch with me updating the status. Next day my Residence verification was done, and the Very next day (ie, the Third day he visited my house for some pending signature and in the evening he called and informed me that the Loan is sanctioned.
Can you believe this.....in just 3 days......it was so smooth....I didn’t even have to go to the bank for anything. Thanks to Ratan.
Not only that, even after his job was over he still was in touch with me and offered any help required regarding the purchase of the car.
I am sure you will also have the same experience as mine.
