We all knwo what ICICI bank is all about now and we all got frustrated at times because of their stupid service. I am in coneccticut and this time I am really pissed off because of their worst service ever. I really want to do something to help all the NRI’s out there to make them realize before they fall in their trap.

I need to know before I should start this website. We are going to put all the comments and going to make this website a direct hit to the ICICI bank. I hope somebody is there who would like to help more than just writing the mere comments.
- Problem
Recently I was in india and need some cash.On visiting
ICICI ATM branch I realized that I forgot my PIN and
like other customers I went to ICICI main branch in
Indore and Bhopal and guess what, they refused to help
me completely and I was told that only the NRI mumbai
branch can reset the PIN.Its been 3 months I am back
in USA and till now I didnt get my new PIN number.
2.Problem
Recently on 26th of May 05 I transfered money through
their wire-transfer service and by mistake I put a
wrong transaction ID which I realized ofcourse. I
contacted the middle bank (Bank of NEW YORK) and I am
been told that that the money is already been
transfered to the ICICI bank in mumbai. I made umpteen
number of calls, I ven made the international call on
my own expense but all I got is their Help ticket and
no issue is been resolved. Their customer service
number 1866 ICICI4U is of no help since this guys are
not centralized at all since the NRI department is
located in Mumbai and the customer service guys are
mere puppets with no idea of resolving any issue.
Its been a week now, my money is stuck. I even asked
these guys to revert/cancel back my transaction but
all they want is to take more time into it. As a
customer I am so helpless that I cannot do anything
sitting here waiting for my own money.
