Hello friends I will share my personal experience with you about this bank icici.
As I want to discuss what happen to me and the problen that faced with it. My local branch is ghatsila it is newly opened there . So I am studying in bhubneswar in my collage it has it atm faciltes so I opened my account . It was as needed to me because my father has business so we opned in joint account in which check book, atm card and net banking we have taken so as needed . So I am uses the atm card for withdrawing money and my father uses through chek book for withdrawing .
It rates were very high as cimpare to other gov undertaking banks. Previous year in my collage I ti pay my course fee . So that time eithdrawibg was also problem due bands on old notes of 500 and 1000 . So I made DD demand draft the staff are very less so they told me take on next day. So I took it and while traveling to my collage my dd lost . The expire was 3months . But due to some reason I was late to vist the bank due continous class . In my holiday wgen came to home I went there and explained my problem . The staff send me to manager office . There I told the problem they said to me vist me rhe next day so went on next day again. He told sorry we cant withdraw your money and because your date dd has expired . We cant do anyting I got
shoked what . I said then the money that I paid has not withdraw till . Then then the I should get know .
But were tottaly not pay attention on my problem . I was very nervous what I will explain to my father if he knows . The bank manger was not really help me . So through internet I took some ideas . Then I called ti customer care regarding my problem I expained it . But he told me to vist the branch we cant do anything . So I discuss my problem to other bank staff who are my friends he given me idea to mail the head office regarding my problem . So mailed and complained of that branch what they did with me .
On next when went to manager office they were little bit scared because they have got a warnning from the head office mumbai. He told why I have given complained there as your are not working properly not solving my problems. They told me tgat your plem will be solved new few need time I said I am stududying I cant came from there . So told they to do till next day . So they told I will try they took my contact number . Called me next day and at finally my work has done .
Got very bad service from I will say that they should tranned very well regarding like this problem.
