App requires update and new options

I am using ICICI bank since 6 years as this is my salary account. Things were going perfect till till my requirements were limited. But now when need the service from the bank I feel that the application is not perfect. It takes time to log in and detect my thumb impression even I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application.


Recently I have entered the wrong CVV while one transaction from PayTm and my 3D secure pin got blocked. By that time I have tried calling to customer support but they do not respond.


Also I have sent an email to them but they are not available on email as well due to COVID19. Tried filling some form over the application but there is no option and it is really irritating. Now I am unable to use my ICICI debit card for any online transaction.


Being a banking sector they must be super active at this point of time. But they are degrading there services day by day.
