Delay in remittance

I’ve been using money2india for the past 5 months. Things were fine until my recipient bank BOB was acquired by IOB. The ACH transfer to the account was rejected as the A/c no. had been updated. This was no fault of Money2india and they notified me to give them the new A/c details. After emailing them the updated details with a request to initiate remittance, they did so again using the incorrect old details.


Though I had very clearly responded to their queries and having updated the website, this continued twice more with NEFT rejects. Finally on calling customer support, the lady on the other end was busy reading a scripted reply than in listening to the issue. The final response was - asking  me to email them once again all the details. I don’t have any hope of this getting resolved anytime soon, as it seems they have a difficulty understanding the emails. btw the customer support call was terminated saying they could not hear me properly, so I had to email them everything again. This happened only when I asked for an explanation as to why the remittance was done with incorrect details. Hope they train them better.
