Worst banking i've ever seen

ICICI bank ltd is the worst bank in India at the moment. I walked up to my local ICICI branch to open a savings account there. when I reached to the branch the executive welcomed me as if I am a god. I told him I want to open a savings and an individual current account. she told me the documents and I provided each and every document asked by the executive along with account opening balance of Rs.5000/- for savings account and Rs.25000/- cheque for the individual current account. executive told me that the account will be operative   within 2 working days and gave me the insta banking kit for the savings account. and for the current account she told me that you will receive the banking kit with in 7 working days. I said OK and walked out of the branch. it happened that I was in need of some money so I walked up to the ICICI ATM after 6 days thinking my account would be active now and I will withdrawal the funds. but it was not active at all. I went to the branch again and asked them why it isn’t active by now so they gave me lame excuse and said that it will be activated by this evening. so I waited till evening and again went to the ATM but to my bad luck it was not activated. so I again went to the branch and told them and branch said working hours are over so it will be activated tomorrow. but again next day it was not active. then I checked for the current account but it was also not active by then. this continued for next 15 days and finally I walked up to the manager. the manager was a lady and let me tell you was the most arrogant and rude lady I’ve ever seen in my whole life. the managers of nationalized banks are far more nicer then this lady. she told me that it will take another 3 days to get activated. when told the manager that its almost 15 days m waiting then she said if you don’t want the account I will close your account and give the cheques back to you. then finally I called up the phone banking number and made a complaint against this. mean while I received the banking kit for my current account so I went to the ATM thinking my current account has activated but there I found its not. I tried the internet banking option thinking I will transfer the amount to my other bank account but that did not work too. I again called the customer service people to take the follow up and they said the complaint is under process and this continued for next 3 days. then at last I reached the grievance cell of ICICI bank and reported all the matter there and they took action and the account got activated after 38 days. the first thing I did was I visited the branch again and surrender both the accounts.
