I have taken personal loan in ICICI for 5yeares tenure and after 1.5Years while closing the personal loan, the closing charges as per the bank are 5%, but in the begining the Aget agreed with me with no preclosing charges.
While I communicated with the Bank they told me that the 5% is the common to all customers in closing the personal loan, which is not at all acceptable and they have not at intimated in the beginning time.
I have verifed number of times and that time they have not said about the closing changes and this is my fault that I have not having the proper mail communication/document regaring the charges(preclosing).
Please have a mail communication from the agent from his official mail id only which will help you a lot.
