If you are considering ICICI bank for any of your banking needs with customer service in mind then give it up, ICICI has changed a lot in the last few years and now they don’t care about their customers. HDFC on the other hand will send their staff for anything and everything, ICICI it seems has enough customers already so they don’t care anymore.
I am an NRI customer and have had a relation with this bank for the last 10yrs still the kind of cold shoulder given by their employees is harsh. I cant close my account because I have used this account in plenty places for my loan and losing this would mean I would have to get an ECS mandate for all those products.
