Let us face it. I was surprised to see so many reviews bashing this bank.
Is this necessary? does this bank need to be bashed so badly? Does it really deserve such a bashing? I don’t think so.
Why do you think all the PSU banks are running to make the service better for their customers? Have you seen their drastic behavioural change in the past 6 years? Who do you think induced such a change in them?
You can easily bet it was ICICI
ICICI is a leader in the introduction of customer friendly banking in India. No doubts about it.
While it can be very easy to bash ICICI for the amount of MNC competition we have in banking sector, one shouldn’t forget the yeoman service it has done to India in banking sector.
ICICI is the reason why banking is better in India today.
All the services it offers is good.
I agree it has some places where it needs to improve.
