After a fraudster transferred 45955 from my SB Ac I reported the matter to the bank in writing and followed up with mails and visits.
First they put that amount in " Shadow Ac" which did not help me in any way because I can not use that. After continuous followup they sent a message that the amount is being released from their Gesture fund...result was same . Again their Sr Mgt called to assure I will soon b able to use the amount..all of a sudden I receive a mail that bank can NOT do any thing . This is how icici bk functions
