I took a home loan from ICICI in 2001, and foreclosed it in April 2010. I haven’t received my original property documents back from them. They said they have lost it.
Even for recreating the documents, they are not taking it seriously. They do not respond properly for my queries and concerns.. I am still waiting..
A property is a dream for anyone and is an invaluable and inheritable asset for most. And, the original property document is all that says it is yours.. Imagine you lose it.
For last 10 months, they did not do anything meaningful to solve my concern..
