i am using the services of icici bank for last one year and I am quite happy with them.
surprisingly I have visited icici bank only once when my atm card was blocked then I have to withdraw money through cheque. icici people opened my a/c in my office by personally coming here. I did my signatures only on the form and rest every thing was done by their executives. they have the largest atm network in delhi ( abt 100 ATMs) and maximum branches than any other private bank. you can do various transactions from any branch. till I haven’t seen the branch where exactly is my a/c.
but to contact their customer support executives is a very difficult job as phone lines are always busy so to hold the phone for a long time. even if you got the line u have to wait for a long time to listen very boring speeches. but their executives attend the clients very politely and try their best to solve the problem.
overall its services are very good.
