I opened my ICICI account 1.5 years back and have been a customer since. Initial few months were good, but later on the problems started. By ATM card would reject my passwords no matter how many times I put it, and I everytime I had to go to the bank and clear the cache and then only it would function.
This was happening for so long, that I complained about it. I got a new card that too after 1 month of applying and the situation wasn’t any better. Found out the ATMs had a problem detecting my account and it was some authentication faulT at ICICIs end. A few weeks back only the problem has been fixed but after so much hassle.
Would Suggest ICICI to look into such serious matters.
