It was a nightmare to deal with ICICI. They were rude and not willing to help. Each one tried to be smart and want to convince they have good knowledge of the banking system and pushing to buy their investment plans.
I have requested them to change my mobile number and address and proof were supplied as requested original passport and license. Nothing was done for a week. They kicked me like a football and went for a lunch and expecting someone who has joined new will do the job but that has wasted two hours still my issue was not resolved. Again they have requested me to upload my documents. My question is why they took my original documents in branch and scared that they can sell your identity as they want it again. It is not a security and privacy bank.
