ICICI Bank has a good reputation in the league of banks. Its a private bank as we all know. I have been using the services of this bank for more than 10 years now. It’s been a good journey for some years until one day when someone bymistakely transferred Rs. 1000 in my account. I never used that money but still I have been suffering because of that mistake done by someone else. I have made so many visits to the branch but till now they couldn’t find any solution for me yet. Its very disappointing from such a reputed Bank. Infact the behaviour and attitude of the employers is so irritating and disappointing. I was never treated with respect. On top of that I have always received lame attitude from them. After such a bad experience I opened an account in Idbi Bank and till now I have received amazing service. Please make a wise decision. I will not recommend ICICI Bank to anyone.
