With great enthusiasm I decided to open the E-locker from ICICI Bank and found that it is not easy, as I think. Tried all possible ways to explore the option from the internet banking and could not find any way to activate the E locker service.
Called the call center and was told that the information regarding E-locker is not on their records and they would arrange a call back to assist me, which was good. However, this situation could have been avoided by letting the customer know, at the beginning of the call , by adding this message to the IVR, by saying if you are trying to get in touch with us regarding E-locker, then we can arrange a call back, rather than having silly apologies from some staff at the Hyderabad call center.
I am now being told that this facility is only available for Wealth Accounts and NOT FOR PRIVILEGE account customers
So, please do not waste your time, since you know the answer already

There is a latest update this E-locker opens has other challenges on the browser you are using and you need to give access to the pop-up blocker from your browser and it MIGHT work.
