I am holding a ICICI Gold Card, guys believe me, ICICI customer care is pathetic, I have never seen a phone banking service like this, since last 2 weeks I am trying their customer service line every time I get connected to their IVR system, It ask me to punch in my credit card number & after entering the credit card number their IVR always fails to verify my credit card information & after that it just repeats a line due to high call volume we can not accept you call please call back later. I can’t expect this kind of unprofesstionalism from a banking organization.
Sometime back luckly I was able to get through their IVR but the person who answered my call was so unprofessional, he asked me why did you call ICICI & what is the purpose of your call that guy sounded like a uneducated person & finally he disconnected the call from his end.
So guys this is ICICI, pls I request you never apply for this pathetic card service. I am also using a Citibank Gold card & they are awesome the best credit card company their customer care people are highly professional they understand customer’s problem. I wish ICICI should learn how to attend a customer from Citibank customer care.
