Its come to my notice that icici bank credit collection centers are now targeting the friends of credit card defaulters. Collection agents are poaching on friends list from popular social sites like facebook.com and harassing them to ask their friends to pay up.
I happen to be one of victim of icici bank’s jb nagar collection center in Mumbai.Despite not being a customer of this ridiculous bank, I felt for at least 15 days as if I’m a defaulter.A written mail to customer care id took 3 days for revert which mentioned that bank would take 15 working days to revert with action, while bank’s agent continued harassing me.
So friends pro actively please remove your contact numbers from your profile at various social sites.
