ICICI Visa Credit card I was using since last 7 years, always they have some hidden charges if I want to talk with customer care, they keep on passing my call to there seniors and after some time, the call will disconnected.
Again we have to make calls to them, if we want to take clarity through mails or from there website there is no clarity about my query, I am using another credit card which from CITI Bank its really amazing.
Citibank don’t have hidden charges not even this, if the customer forgot to pay the EMI, I will give liberty for 1 or 2 days to pay his/ her EMI, but in other banks they simply put late payment charges and penalty,
In Icicibank they dont have dimension interest, but if you talk about citibank they automatic system on it.
I wont recommend any one to own Credit card from ICICI.
In sometime time will swapping the card in the malls or buying tickets, cards will be not working properly, one day I was purchased clothes from Hyderabad Central my card was unable to swap, at that time I used my Citibank credit card immediately.
At that time I don’t carry cash it was an embarrassing moment. for the customer.
