I read a lot of reviews and come to think of it I do agree with most of them and I have arrived at this point in saying that the reason the bank hasn’t take action or isn’t bothered is because they have a very less percentage of dissatisfied customers. But what they don’t realise is some of their customers have stopped complaining and have started to recommend their friends and family to stop using the banks services which I have done. I have advised 3 of my friends and family members to stop using their services like credit card, Bank account and merchant service and I think once you guys who are reading this start doing this it will prove effective in opening their greedy eyes.
For all the new customers just an example of how frustrated you can get, try and generate a PIN no for your credit card and tell me what happens. And for the guys who love to DONATE their money to the bank try their EMI card you will really love it
