ICICI credit card is the card you can get if you want to increase your blood pressure and have embarassing moments short of cash.
I got this stupid card as a compliment (I did not ask for it, they came and gave it to me) as part of their market drive.
I waited 2 months to get their atm pin 3 months for internet pin.
And first time I used it in their atm I saw the atm machine eating up my card and asking me to go to the bank to fetch it.
I go to the bank they have no idea where my card is
A month later when I went to bank for another purpose they tell me ’’ ur card is here unclaimed’’
I get it and use it at atm it does not work
2 weeks later I get another card from mumbai at last this card worked.
Whenever I call their callcentre I have to wait for 10 mts (I’m a creditcard holder naturally I have to wait, I owe them money:)
Their staff are rude
Never ever get this card
I’m on the way to cancel it
