I am holder of ICICI Visa credit card since last 2 years. I am stying in Raigad district and now when my credit card expired in Feb’05 all of a sudden ICICI informed me that your area is not in our service area.
I am holding this credit card since last 2 years, I have not changed my postal address and m regular payer. I have accumulated more than 1000 pts in my credit.
Now ICICI is not only sending me new card but also have not given me vouchers for my points which I have redeemed.
I contacted ICICI person on phone every time I was hang up on phone without any communication for more than 15 min and after that I was informed that ’we will look in to the matter’.I hv written many e-mails to their customer care but there is no response from them only one e-mail I have received saying that the case is under study.
I fail to understand that how can after 2 years of service any area can be out of service. I was offered this credit card by ICICI it self free of charge for life time as I am working for Indias largest company.
I have even given tham option of receiving the card thru registered post but since there official courier has stopped serving this area they are not in a position to deliver my card.
The area in which I am staying is only 15 km away from Panvel and is near Patalganga Industrial area where many courier services are available. Still ICICI do not want to consider this case.
I asked them that I am not bothered wether u renew my card or not I ONLY WANT MY CREDIT VOUCHERS FOR REDEEMED POINTS. I have not even receeived them till today i.e. after 3 months.
