It was sometime now I desired to get myself a credit card (after my salary hike, heehee) and I wasted no time in surveying the market for the best feedback’ed CreditCard. I saw HDFC cards were quiet popular and ICICI was having a lot of complaints. Myself being a ICICI bank user for the past 3 years, I am really satisfied with their services and promises made.
My main needs for a credit card was Movie ticket discounts and restaurant discounts, and both were present in this ICICI card along with 5% cashback on fuel purchases alls well and I proceeded with this, despite all the negative feedback.
And I am very happy with my decision, I use my card now for movie (on BookMyShow) and couple of nifty purchases. I was promised a cashback of Rs.500 on using it above Rs. 5000 in the first two months, and I did that and just yesterday the cashback was done. Its just two months now and I am very satisfied with the service so far.
Also being a ICICI savings/salary account holder, I literally did not need to submit any docs, just a photocopy of Voter ICard.
