My(first ever credit card) experience.
Never icici has sent me the bill statement nor any kinda intimation about the due date. As a result I always slip the due date and pay with huge late fee+ other additional charges.
My icici savings acc has my home address and credit card has office address. So I could never link both to my customer ID. As a result I had to visit the branch personally to pay bills, everytime I pay them as cash, they are charging 117 Rs extra. Nobody in the branch could explain me why.
Roja N(from ICICI customer Care - hyderabad office) was very rude while answering to my query on cancellation of card. She totally refused to tell me the cancellation procedure until I pay back the remaining balance in my credit card. Inspite of me paying them as cash deposit Jaya Nagar 3rd block branch, (for some unknown reason) she said it takes 48 hrs for my payment details to reach the icici credit card division.
