I am holding ICICI Credit Card since April 2007, at first I use to receive statement exactly on 4th of every month and a sms regarding my statement amount before I receive my CC statement, now I have stopped receving statement, just sms that too in 2nd week of the month, recently they had sent every CC holder a Username for checking their statement online, and they have mentioned in the letter posted that they will be sending password within one week or 10 days, but its almost 2 months and I have’nt received anything.
Getting to hear on phone from ICICI Customer care Executive is like getting blessed when you are trying to contact ICICI customer care person, it takes a lot of effort and patience, and believe me if you are trying to get in touch with customer care person using mobile, then you balance will sink real fast.
I had called ICICI customer care and told them the problem I am facing, I also checked for my postal address, everything is fine, but I am not receving statements and password, when I contacted ICICI customer care, they said statement was despatched and its delivered, that means either they are lying or courier guys are throwing documents and statements.
I had also received sms saying that I will be receving my password in 1 week, but the hell, I dont receive anything, last month I received statement for month of November which was suppose to be due on 24th November after the due date on 6th December.
Hectic, this ICICI has become a hectic and nightmare.
