I have applied for your ICICI Bank Coral credit card after noticing your AD on website that BOSE earphones are free with LIFE time joining FEE. Only reason , I applied was Bose Earphones.
Many of your executives called me regularly and one of them NAMED JYOTI with number 01164743783 convinced me that she would forward my application with LIFETIME option. Later I got calls from your other executive for document collection, her name was PINKI 01141101118, before submitting documents I confirmed it many times with both of them that it is in LIFETIME options only and both of them said YES every time and even JYOTI misbehaved with me.
Please note that PINKIs manager some KASHYAP also talked to me and confirmed that I would get the card in lifetime option. Finally I agreed and your executive named Pradeep with number 08285908840 came and while filling the form I again crosschecked, where he said it is life time option only. After two months I got my card on 13 March 2013, and on confirming with CST care I got to know that it is in annual fees plan.
I do not understand how can your team be so unethical to do false commitments. On 19 march I complained and till today I am following up with your Floor Supervisers named ROSHITA/ Manikant/ Manish Pari/Sheetal/Vishakha, but all I get to hear is either any one of them is on leave or they have forwarded a mail to concern department and waiting for response. Your services and turn around time for solving an issue is pathetic.
I also had conversation with Shirisha.B the team leader in Hyderabad Cst CAre but best she can do is to arrange a call which did not help much. I am in constant contact with ICICI customer care specially with MANISH PARI but have not got any solution moreover he communicated that if I have not checked for lifetime option than I wont get that. Inspite of telling them 100 times ICICI selling executives did not provided me the option to opt for LIFETIME option .
My complaint number registered is SR26312996.
Please help and take strict actions against your team for false commitments. I would straightaway go for termination of my card and my salary account if you do not award me plan as asked for.
