I had applied for ICICI bank credit card. Before applying for the card I had crossed confirmed every single eligibility criteria with representative on the phone. As per the conversation, I was informed that I was eligible to apply for the credit card.
As per the procedure, I gave every single document to the representative and again crossed checked for the criteria and he also said that it was fine.
But now my application is rejected, based on some stupid and nonsense reason.
The reason I get is - Address not verified. Now my question here is how will be address get verified, when your representative visits my office address despite of going to home address, which is clearly mentioned in the form.
This mistake has been repeated 2 time and I am completely fed up now. This show that you are not at all interested in making the loyal customer.
Either your representative is not qualified enough to read the address of office and home or you all really not bothered of losing 1 customer. The most ridiculous inflow system, that I have ever seen. On top of that your call services providers are too inefficient to even interact.
When I wanted to interact with senior level person, your service provider did not pass my call and even hung the call. I have really wasted my valuable time.
