I am using ICICI platinum visa card since 10 months, Overall experience is good , I have got annual charge waiver for the current year but the thing is, till date they not increased the card as well as cash limit, even I emailed to customer service with latest salary slip and called customer care too , they told after complition of one year only they will decide.regarding fuel surcharge waiver it is quite difficult, you need to go to same petrol pump mentioned in their checklist , you may waste money to reach same petrol pump as per list by nothing enough saving , so it become quite difficult, I need to pay either cash or other payment options, for purchase of fuel, but except this single disadvantage its totally good experience with icici credit card services.
