ICICI is cheating customers in the name of reward points.
I redeemed my reward points 3 1/2 months back and they didn’t sent rewards to me!!!
.It is just an advertisement and they wont give you rewards.
When I call and tell them about this they will suddenly turn unfriendly.Then they say that they will check with courier or mailing department and will keep me on hold for long time(I think they expect me to disconnect phone).Then they say all the nonsense like reward was sent but address could not find etc..Interestingly their courier guy have no issues in locating my home when they want to deliver account statement!!!.Really funny!!..And most interesting part is after I requested for redemption of rewards point they promptly deduct points from my account.
If they cannot deliver on a promise why they say that they will give the rewards!!..I am not sure if this can be taken to consumer forum ?
