I took the credit card as ICICI Bank was the largest private sector bank and we all had faith into this bank. ICICI Bank had a complete bouquet of products to offer and looked as if this bank will go to new heights in customer service comparable to what MNC banks offer.
The best thing about an ICICI Bank credit card is that you get all your bills on time, whether right or wrong, you get calls also on time for recovery. The collections manager will be very apologetic even if you say that you have lodged a dispute, they all promis including their general managers that they will resolve dispute within fortnight, but looks only Mr K V Kamath can help on this.
ICICI Bank has become a big black universe, wherein whatever goen in, never comes out.
Their customer care people inculing Ravi, Manuj, thane centres, andheri centre, mahalaxmi centra, all have fools on thier payroll.
Their website is another left over department, even if they boast that they will get back to you in short time, you will die but no one will be contacting you back.
Thier managers, Naresh shetty with mobile no 9004048634 is biggest fraudster, takes money from you but do not deposit in the bank.
