Pathetic service and clueless agents. Wasted my 45 days to revert in negation. Applied for CC. They should have informed about eligibility before asking me to apply. I was asked to contact the department dealing with CC and I refused profusely. It was none of my business.
After dropping a dozen of mails and scores of calls, I received a formal mail from that side, notifying me about the proceedings. On the other hand, I tried to utilize SBI’s service. The guys at bank asked me to sit and sip a cup of tea, while within half an hour, I had an FD a/c, with them and forwarded my CC application too. I got CC delivered within a week at my residence!
SBI has really changed the way public sector banks work!
